New Offers on Ardboyne Gastro Menu


The Ardboyne Hotel offer delicious new options on their Gastro Menu The Kells Bar and Hugo’s restaurant menu has some exciting new additions


The Ardboyne Hotel in Navan will launch their new dining options on their gastro menu this Monday the 9th of July. Their already popular gastro menu has been joined with new starters such as slow roasted baby back ribs, homemade chicken liver páte and mussels mariniére. The new additions to the main courses include the classic steak sandwich and braised new season rump of lamb to name a few.

The Ardboyne Hotel introduced their new Gastro menu last October and it has proved very popular with guests and locals alike. For the summer, the team wanted to keep the momentum going by adding in some more dishes that they feel their loyal customers will appreciate and at the same time tempt some new customers. The menu has always been very local orientated and these new additions have highlighted the importance of locally sourced produce to the Hotel. The slow roasted pork belly has received the Boyne Valley Flavours stamp of approval too.


Keeping it local

Lillian Clarke, head chef at the Ardboyne Hotel is very proud of the new menu items. “We are really looking forward to introducing these new dishes to the menu for the summer. Its very important to us to keep up with food trends in the area and also to support our local suppliers by letting our customers and guests know that we promote local business in the Boyne Valley.”

Robbie Rennicks, deputy general manager of the Hotel is looking forward to welcoming people and telling them about the new additions this summer. “We want everyone to come in and try these new dishes. The sun is shining and we have our beautiful outdoor dining area for all of our customers to enjoy. It’s the perfect place in Navan to enjoy the sun, good food and good service.”


When can we try it

All of the new menu items will be available from Monday the 9th of July in the Kells Bar from 3pm. The Ardboyne Lunch menu is available in the Kells Bar every day from 12.30pm until 3pm. The Carvery at Hugo’s restaurant is also available daily from 12.30pm until 3pm and until 4pm on a Sunday. Hugo’s restaurant is open every Friday and Saturday night for dinner. This hotel is perfect for celebration nights in your own private dining room, a romantic meal for two, a catch up with friends or just to treat yourself.
