The Royal County has always been well known for its golf courses and now more than ever people want to get out in the fresh air and play one of these courses. There are 15 GUI affiliated golf courses in Co Meath, making it the perfect destination for a midweek or weekend golf break.
These are our top spots for your next round of golf.
The oldest of these courses is County Meath golf club and the Ardboyne Hotel are delighted to package up with them for an amazing midweek or weekend escape from only €109 per person sharing. Situated just outside Trim, County Meath golf club offers visitors a beautiful parkland course that can be tricky in places but incredibly enjoyable.
Also situated in Trim is Knightsbrook golf course. Their award-winning course offers 186 acres of expansive green scenery. The course is described as a challenge, with demanding water features but very creative.
Situated just outside Navan, and closest to the hotel is Royal Tara golf club. This beautiful parkland course consists of the Cluide (Blue) (named after the Cluide wood through which the course runs) and the Tara (Red) nines. The Bellinter (Yellow) nine is the back nine of the old course.
Our golf breaks at the Ardboyne Hotel offer one and two night bed and breakfast packages with a three course evening meal and one or two rounds of golf at your chosen course.
